Whatsapp's claim that it is a tool for personal 1x1 communication is just wrong...limiting the number of forwards is a pathetic and anemic attempt to showboat that they care...that metric is a Meta focused metric...and has nothing to do with the impact of the act of forwarding. This is some great territory to continue exploring and holding tech and government (possibly the biggest culprits and users of this platform) accountable...keep at it!! Well done!
